ADHD Trove – Terms of Service

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must be able to legally enter into this agreement in your region, or have a parent or guardian do so on your behalf. ADHD Trove is designed for families. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage any primary family account and any child profiles. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Family accounts & child profiles

Parents and guardians control which children are added to a family account and how the app is used in their household. Children do not create their own independent accounts; they use parent-managed profiles. By creating child profiles, you confirm you have the authority to do so and that you will supervise your child's use of the app.

3. Acceptable use & content

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users. You also agree not to share content that violates others' privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws.

You retain the rights to the routines, notes, and other content you add. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service, provide features you choose to use, and maintain backups and security. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Subscriptions, purchases & app stores

Any paid plans, free trials, or in-app purchases will be described clearly in the app and on our website. Payments, renewals, and refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms and subject to their terms and policies. If we change pricing or plan structure, we will explain those changes in-app or on our site and, where required, through the app stores.

5. Health, wellness & safety

ADHD Trove is a self-management and organization tool. It is not medical advice or diagnosis, psychotherapy or counseling, or a substitute for professional care.

Always consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional for questions about diagnosis, treatment, medication, or safety concerns. Do not use ADHD Trove for emergencies.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content except as allowed by these Terms, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code, except where permitted by law.

7. Feedback

If you share ideas, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve ADHD Trove without obligation to compensate you.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, if we reasonably believe your use risks harm to the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using ADHD Trove and delete your account at any time. Instructions for account and data deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that ADHD Trove will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim, if any. Some regions do not allow certain limitations of liability or disclaimers; in those places, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by local law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time—for example, to meet Apple App Store or Google Play requirements, or to reflect new features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms on this page and, where required, notify you in-app or through the app stores. If you continue using ADHD Trove after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
