Our mission
ADHD Trove is built for the real, everyday challenges of ADHD life—big emotions, unpredictable transitions, and routines that never seem to stick. Our mission is to make structure feel supportive instead of stressful, and to help families build confidence one small win at a time.
From the founder
ADHD has shaped my life—from growing up in an ADHD family to raising one. I've seen the overwhelm, the big feelings, and the friction—but also the creativity, humor, and strength. ADHD Trove is my way of helping families reduce stress, protect their energy, and feel supported on the days that feel hardest to navigate.
Story so far
ADHD Trove started as a personal solution. As a parent with ADHD in an ADHD family, I kept running into the same challenge: mornings were chaotic, reminders got lost, and every week meant reinventing the plan. I've built tools and systems throughout my work life—databases, workflows, and simple software—to make complicated things smoother. Eventually I realized we needed that same kind of tool for home.
This app is my attempt to take what has worked in our family and make it simple enough for any parent or child to use without added friction. ADHD Trove is designed for real life—quick check-ins, flexible routines, and a way to adjust plans on the fly without pressure or guilt. It's built to support the rhythm of everyday family life, not overhaul it.
Values we're building around
These values guide decisions while we finalize the brand system.
Calm over pressure
We design for nervous systems first. Gentle progress, clear visuals, and forgiving flows matter more than streaks, hustle, or perfection.
Co-created with families
We listen to ADHD families at every step—through feedback calls, emails, and in-app experiments—so features reflect real life, not just our own assumptions.
Real-life friendly
We design for the messy reality of family life: shifting schedules, forgotten backpacks, late mornings, and energy that comes in waves. Features stay simple, flexible, and quick enough to use in the middle of real life—not idealized routines.
